05.11.2018, 18:54:48Great value, great location, and great communication. I really enjoyed my visit, and Nataliya was very quick to respond when I had questions. Currency exchange, supermarket, and great restaurants are all within a few minutes walk from the apartment. I think most people mentioned that the apartment is on the third floor, but it was only an issue getting heavy bags up to the apartment on arrival. The internet was not working when I arrived, but Nataliya coordinated repairs very quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this apartment. It’s perfect for the budget conscious traveler

29.05.2018, 16:54:18The apartment is large, bedroom is welcoming, kitchen has complete appliances. The place is very clean, bed size is large and comfortable, also there's a balcony for city view. The location is excellent, just five minutes walk away from the metro station, ten minutes walk away from the cathedral. The area is central and the apartment is very quiet. Across the street is a 24/7 market, money exchange shop, restaurants, night club, banks and pharmacy. The host is super nice and gives timely responses to my queries. She suggested decent places and attractions to visit. Overall 10/10 rating

17.01.2018, 11:34:54This apartment is a very simple, very functional apartment. The 3.5 flights of stairs was a bit of a surprise, but I enjoyed the extra exercise and it never felt like a big hindrance. The apartment stayed warm and cozy during cold weather, and in fact, unless it was below freezing outside I kept one of the radiators turned off to avoid the apartment getting too hot. The apartment is very suitable for one or maybe two people. A comfortable bed, a kitchen with good facilities and a spacious bedroom with nice desk area. It is not a place that was comfortable to invite guests to because the only sitting area is the couch in the kitchen which, though comfortable, competes with the small dining table for space. Natalia, is an efficient hostess, making it easy to check in and out, and very responsive to communications. But if you are looking for a place with amenities such as tips on local dining, or interesting places to visit, or maps of the city, or any kind of tourist amenities, this is not the right place for you. The location is very good if you plan to spend time near the central city. I enjoy walking in the central city and spent most of my time there, so it was great for me. And it is very close to some good restaurants and to the Metro. There is a sign on the door for a taxi service, but it is more like a car service and costs far more than a taxi. I recommend downloading the app for On Taxi or one of the other taxi services. Their app is easy to use and can accept location names in English. All in all, I enjoyed my time in Kharkiv and a large part of that was due to the warmth and functionality of the apartment.
