BOOKINGS and PAYMANTS.
Stay for 4 or more nights
For bookings for 4 nights or more, you can select and book from our website any apartment which you prefer (if available at the time of booking). However to confirm this booking you must pay deposit for the first day of your stay. Deposits can be paid by PayPal, Western Union, Privat24 or Web money (feel free to choose any); we will email you all necessary details
Deposits are not retained by kharkovapartment.com but passed to the flats owners to ensure a reservation for you and that is why unfortunately they cannot be refunded. You may only pay the deposit after our confirmation that the chosen apartment is available for the period of your stay!

Booking deposit payments required for stays for 4 days or more have to be sent to us by:

Western Union Transferring Service
WebMoney
We will e-mail you all necessary details about address of apartment, meeting and etc.
CHECK-IN
For the flat booking of less than 2 days we don’t guarantee the particular flat in advance. For this case we offer you the following options:
1) You can choose 3-4 variants of the flats on our site and we will guarantee your accommodation in one of the flats of your choice.
2) You can send us an inquiry and if we can find a gap between two bookings (for example on the very day of your arrival, an apartment becomes available) we will be able to provide you with the definite apartment.
3) Accommodation on arrival.
The standard check-in time is 14 pm (if not agreed otherwise in advance). If you need early check-in, you should inform us in advance (additional charges apply). Upon your arrival our manager will wait for you either in the office or directly in the apartment you reserved. We’ll be glad to provide you with the airport/railway station transfer upon your request
CHECK-OUT
The standard check-out time is 12 o'clock (if not agreed otherwise in advance). If you need the late check-out, you should inform us in advance (additional charges apply)
